Zakary Haines of Fulton to attend SUNY Oswego

Zakary Haines of Fulton has reserved a place as a transfer student at SUNY Oswego for fall 2017, among more than 700 transfers who will start classes at the college on Aug. 28. He last attended Cayuga Community College and intends to major in broadcasting and mass communication at Oswego.
